Work doesn’t look the same for everyone - and it shouldn’t have to. “Flexibility” gets talked about a lot, but what does it actually look like?
For our team, it means:
⏰ Flexible start times (because not everyone does their best work at 8:00 AM)
🏡 A hybrid schedule with the option to work from home
⚖️ The ability to build a routine that works in real life — not just on paper
Appointments, school drop-offs, focus time, or just a slower start when you need it — it all matters.
Because supporting mental health isn’t just about time off… it’s about how work fits into your life every day.

Balance looks different for everyone.
For us, it includes paid Summer Fridays off in July and August - because sometimes the most productive thing you can do… is log off early ☀️
Four-day workweeks mean more time to recharge, get outside, or just do nothing (highly underrated).
Because showing up at your best starts with having time to reset.

Connection doesn’t always happen in meetings.
Sometimes it looks like:
🎯 A (very competitive) nerf gun battle
🌮 A food truck lunch
🏅 Office Olympics that get… a little intense
Taking time to connect - and have fun - helps build the kind of teams people actually want to be part of.
Because strong teams aren’t just built on deadlines… they’re built on relationships.

Support should be more than words.
That’s why our team has access to a $1,500 mental health benefit — to use in the way that works best for them.
Therapy, counselling, wellness support… it’s personal, and it should feel that way.
Because taking care of your mental health shouldn’t feel like a barrier — it should feel like a priority.
