Junior Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant

Hybrid Accounting & Tax Services, is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented individual for a part-time, entry-level position in Edmonton.

Responsibilities

- Data entry and bookkeeping
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Organizing client documents
- Assisting with payroll and tax preparation
- Maintaining records in QuickBooks Online

Qualifications

- Minimum diploma in Accounting or a related field
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- QuickBooks Online and Profile tax software experience are assets

Schedule: Monday to Friday. Saturday availability is mandatory during tax season.

Experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Pay: Competitive and based on experience.
