What better way to celebrate my 23rd anniversary in the financial industry than being in Cabo on Cinco de Mayo.
Grateful for the journey, the lessons, and the people I’ve been able to help along the way.
One thing I’ve learned: the decisions that scare you the most are often the ones that change the trajectory of your life.

Funny how that works.
People will clown on sales, content, cold outreach, posting online right up until the results show up. Then suddenly it’s “smart,” “disciplined,” and “lucky.”
Truth is, most people don’t hate the work… they hate being seen trying and possibly failing. So they stay comfortable, do what everyone else does, and cap their income without even realizing it.
Meanwhile, the ones willing to look a little “cringe” for a few months? They build skills, stack income streams, and figure out how to make money work for them.
No one talks about that part.
Every high earner you respect did something at one point that others laughed at. The difference is they didn’t stop.
