In this episode we wanted to take a pragmatic approach instead of an overview.
I invited our Senior Associate Sharon Lozinski to walk us through the essentials of withdrawing from a Registered Education Savings Plan ( ).
In talking with clients and guiding them through the process, I found this to be an area that the government & institutions fail to explain and educate which can lead to unnecessary confusion and stress.
Tune in on and !

Episode 21 - Steps in creating a Will w/ Christianne Murphy, TEP at Underwood Gilholme
"The beginning is Half of Every Action" - greek proverb
A lot of the times we know what we NEED to do but are unsure where to start. And for that reason I asked Christiane to once again join us to provide a step by step, easy to follow overview on how to create a Will.
This episode was inspired from a client conversation whereby I was reminded that sometimes in our world, we get ahead of ourselves and assume that everyone understands what we are talking about.
For example, one of my pet peeves is when people use acronyms and assume we all get it. (we all have that person)
Nonetheless, have a listen, comment and enjoy!

What to do with a lump sum or bonus? (episode link in bio)
Do you pay down debt?
Do you put it towards your home?
Do you invest?
The short answer is that it depends on each individual.
Ok sure, maybe the cop-out answer but the reality is that we each have a different set of variables and circumstances.
In this episode of the Sheena and Wayne join me in a high level discussion of things we should consider.
