Having disability insurance through your workplace can be great; it’s certainly always good to have back-up. If your policy is only the one linked to your employment; think about these questions:
⚙️what happens if you change jobs?
⚙️Is it really enough?
⚙️ what happens to the policy/coverage if your health changes?

Here is a simple hack that anyone can do to kick-start your savings.
🌟Save 10% of your earnings. 🌟
By living on 90% you are focusing on what you need (rather than what you want) while able to keep some money to the side (that might go into your emergency fund, savings, or investments).

Let's focus on homeowner insurance today. If you have a mortgage, you likely have insurance as the banks usually only lend money with insurance. 💡
You will want to consider several things including
💡 premium
💡 deductible
💡 covered amounts

There are two main types of life insurance.
There is
🌟term life and
🌟whole life.
Both offer coverage for different types of scenarios.
🌟Term life is exactly as it sounds, for a term. You might buy this coverage for 10 years or 20 years. If you pass away outside of the policy coverage (so year 11 in a ten year policy or year 22 after a 20 year policy); there is no coverage.
🌟A whole life policy is based on a stable monthly payment. This type of policy means the payout to your beneficiaries increases as you age which is why it is important to start these types of policies as early as you can.
