Company History and Previous Experience Summary

My company was started in 2014, then in March 2017 we added the Business and Consulting Division. We handle small-medium businesses who have a combination of issues, assisting by:

· Analyzing an organization and designing or reassessing its processes and systems, as well as reviewing the business model and its integration with technology

· Analyze business requirements, concerns and problems, transforming and ultimately resolving business problems with the help of technology and training

· ERP and Accounting system, including review, advice and implementation

· Process and procedure, including appraisal, revision, set-up and training

· Personnel reviews, and training

I have over 25 years’ experience in finance, and operations of which the past 15 years have been as Operations Manager, Financial Controller and Human Resources. I have always had a flair for problem solving and excel at thinking in multiple directions to find the most efficient and effective solution. I am committed to training being a key element of improving teams and the company. These elements are what made me decide to open a company, to help improve profits and progress a company’s business using a combination of employee retention, technology advancements and improved efficiencies through process changes.
