We recently hosted a Mock Assessment Centre under our employability program, giving participants a practical taste of what to expect in real recruitment processes. Through group tasks, case studies, work simulations and interviews, candidates had the chance to apply their skills, gain confidence, and receive valuable feedback from industry professionals.

We’re proud to say the session was a great success full of learning, teamwork and personal growth.

This past week we held our 9th session of the Phunyeletso Employability Transformation Programme under the theme “My Career in Media, Arts and Sports.” 📌

On our panel, we had Thato Mmui sharing his insights on pursuing a career in sports, Phenyo Setswe in media, and Psalms Bogwasi in arts.

Our panelists shared their firsthand experiences with working in their respective industries and engaged with participants’ questions about their roles and what to expect when pursuing a similar path.
