BDO Bahrain team celebrated International Labour Day 2025

BDO Bahrain organized a sports day event for its staff to celebrate Bahrain National Sports Day 2025, showing support for the national initiative and fostering a positive work atmosphere among employees. Employees gathered at Bahrain’s new family friendly beach destination – Sama Bay for a walking session.

The Bahrain National Sports Day, an annual event, aims to promote public health and cultivate a culture of sports for a healthy and positive lifestyle.

BDO proudly participated in the University of Bahrain’s (UOB) Career Fair 21, held on 18th and 19th February 2025, at the UOB campus in Sakhir. The event provided an excellent platform to engage with aspiring candidates, showcase career opportunities, and strengthen our commitment to talent development.

During the Fair, Habib Jawad, COO of BDO, was honored with a recognition award by H.E. Dr. Fuad Mohammed Al-Ansari, President of UOB, in appreciation of our active participation and contribution to the event.

Our presence at Career Fair 21 reflects BDO’s dedication to fostering the next generation of professionals and supporting career aspirations in Bahrain.

BDO Bahrain recently conducted its Annual Audit Training, focusing on the latest updates in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), BDO’s audit methodology, and International Auditing Standards. The training also covered BDO’s advanced audit tools, including the Audit Process Tool (APT) and the Data Analytics tool, ensuring seamless documentation and analysis.

Held on 30 January 2025 at the Radisson Blu Hotel, the workshop brought together approximately 60 audit professionals. As part of BDO’s global commitment to continuous learning, these training sessions equip staff with the latest industry knowledge, reinforcing their ability to deliver high-quality service to clients.
