Position: Junior Executive -Bookkeeping & Accounting

Responsibilities:
Assist with weekly bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online and Xero, including transaction categorization, bills and receipts, and invoice entry.
Assist in ensuring the accuracy of financial statements by helping with month-end close reporting and reconciliations.
Provide support in handling journal entries to maintain accurate financial records with monthly budget analysis
Develop proficiency in various financial software.
Assist team leader in day-to-day Financial and business matters.

Requirements: (not mandatory, we will train)
Basic proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero for fundamental bookkeeping tasks.
A willingness to learn and adapt to bookkeeping work
Familiarity with financial reporting concepts and an eagerness to develop skills in this area.

Strong communication and analytical skills with a motivation to develop coaching abilities.

Not long ago I read the book Elite Minds by Dr. Stan Beecham. Dr. Beecham has worked as both a coach and psychologist with the world's elite. Top performers in all walks of life from music, to sports, to business.

Dr. Beecham makes a very strong point right at the outset of the book. That being happy isn't the purpose of life. That you were not born to be content.

But instead that you were born to be complete, to be the greatest "you" possible.

This echoes the research of Abraham Maslow who came up with Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. In Maslow's research he concluded that the ultimate need of humanity was to reach its fullest potential. And that becoming all that "you" were capable of being was also your path to deepest fullfillment.

This is an important distinction. There are lots of ways to become happy in the moment, for example. But when happiness subsides you are still left with the knowledge of whether or not you're playing the game you are capable of playing.

So, are you operating at your fullest potential?

And if not, what could you be doing on the health, work, or home fronts to inch closer to becoming the best version of "you".
