She’s had a great season.

Probably the most controversial moment of this year’s Femme - well, at least so far - was Cèlia Gery on the inside of the corner and yellow jersey on the outside. Kasia claimed Cèlia “pushed her into the barriers” (not literally but forced her to brake) right at the time attacked.
To my mind, Kasia was coming in hot from behind but was never in front. Shoulder to shoulder at best, but Kasia on the back and outside can’t be expected to be offered Demi’s wheel. She also swung out because Cèlia just never yielded the position off Demi’s wheel. That’s just racing.
You don’t get invited to take the wheel. You just take it. That’s racing.
