The RBA has increased interest rates for the third time this year.

Today is 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆, and this year, 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮'𝘀 focus is "𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺"—a simple phrase that matters far more than it sounds.

For many people right now, that connection is everything—especially for small business owners and families juggling rising costs with little room left to breathe. Behind every calm nod, polite smile, or "𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦, 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘭𝘦 𝘪𝘵", there might be someone lying awake at 3am, worrying about the rent that's due again, the next BAS payment looming, the new shoes their children need, or the fear that one more unexpected bill will be the one that breaks them.
