James is the Managing Director of Millhaven and has been in the financial services industry in Australia for the past 10 years. He is a Self Managed Superannuation Specialist Adviser with SPAA and holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is an Associate Member of FINSIA. Before entering the financial services industry in Australia James established 6-year tenure as an asset recovery specialist for the Insolvency industry in the UK working for The Millbank Group UK Ltd. Working directly with The Insolvency Service, Independent Insolvency Practitioners such as Radfords, BKL Tenon and Price Waterhouse Coopers and The High Court in the capacity of a Sheriffs' Officer, James has taken his experience in dealing with companies and individuals facing insolvency and personal bankruptcy on a day to day basis and has used this to aid his present and future clients in 'what not to do' as well as 'what to do'. Amanda draws from her experience from her time at some of the large institutions such as P&O and Flight Centre to now assist our company in providing an experienced account department. Her experience in runnning the accounts department allows the advisors to concentrate on their roles in front of their clients on a daily basis. Amanda is also training as a Risk Specialist, aiding us as a company provide a dedicated service to client for their insurance needs.
