The first sign wasn't a security alert. It was a phone call from an understandably frustrated business owner in Perth — "Austcover" had been cold-calling his clients, pushing health insurance with persistent, bullying tactics.

We don't advise on health insurance. It wasn't us.

That's when we found a genuine gap. The guidance available to businesses is built around scam websites and fake ads — not a campaign run purely over the phone. We have a plan for the full spectrum of business interruptions, including ransomware. We had none for brand impersonation.
