Our Partnership Team came together yesterday for our quarterly strategy day to reflect on what we've achieved, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and set priorities for the year ahead.

These sessions give us a chance to step back from the day-to-day, challenge our thinking, and ensure we're continuing to deliver the best possible experience for our clients and our team.

Thank you to the team for their contributions, insight, and engagement throughout the day. We're looking forward to turning these discussions into action and building on the momentum in the months ahead.

Last week, 7 of our team were lucky enough to attend the Accru LEAP National Conference, held at Balgownie Estate in the Yarra Valley from Wednesday 4th to Friday 6th March. 🌿
It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with peers from across the country, share ideas, and gain fresh insights that we’ll be bringing back to better support our clients and our team.
A special congratulations to Amy, who was announced as the winner of the John Westmacott Award 🏆 — an incredible achievement and very well deserved. As part of this award Amy gets to travel to New Zealand later this year to attend the MGI Worldwide Conference.
