I am complaining to ATO that private Health Statement are not labelled with bold letters stating, COMPLYING or NON COMPLYING for Surcharge purposes, because clients are not forewarned and Prefills are not so labelled in big bold print.private health statements are no longer issued and clients sometimes opt for ancillary cover without the appropriate warning.

There is a lot of talk of debt forgiveness by ATO lately. GST belongs to the state and is collected by ATO that is Federal. ATO hardship does not control GST and when collected GST should be held in trust for payment to ATO. ATO hardship may be more helpful with tax debt, but it is not released lightly and non pursuit of debt may be re-raised at a future time. Wise cost accountants factor in tax responsibility and ATO money is not for personal use.

Even though some well back utes advertise as a 1 tonne payload, the base models may carry less and may require a logbook while tray back models are designed to carry the tray plus payload so may not need the logbook, check first if you are concerned.
