Recent media coverage has again highlighted the risks vulnerable older Australians and their families can face when aged care fees, contracts and “optional extras” are not clearly understood.

Exercising Your Aged Care Rights Recent media reports have again highlighted one of the most difficult issues in aged care: vulnerable older Australians and their families being charged for services they may not need, use, or fully understand.

Sometimes the most valuable work happens when you step away from the day-to-day.

Recently, the HPH Solutions team got together for our off-site team planning day, supported by Dimensional Fund Advisors.

We spent time reflecting on our story and where we've come from, but also looking ahead and modelling what the journey forward for HPH will look like - 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘢 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯𝘦!

We also worked through the findings from our recent investor survey, taking a close look at what we're doing well and where we can continue to strengthen our value.

And of course, we revisited our mission, vision and values. Not because they're things we talk about, but because 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆'𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆.
