Meet Shane, Renee and Daniel!

Shane is one of our senior🤭accountants with over 18 years of experience and a strong connection to the Mudgee/ Gulgong region. He keeps us all up to date with the latest changes in the accounting world and brings a calm, practical approach to every challenge. Our clients appreciate his extensive knowledge, steady guidance and approachable nature. Shane is always ready to help whether it's tax, business support or general accounting advice.

Daniel is a former business owner with over 20 years of hands-on experience under his belt. He's worked across everything from payroll and HR to marketing and day-to-day operations, giving him a really practical approach to supporting small businesses. He's now completing his Bachelor of Commerce to back up his real-world know-how. Our clients love his can-do attitude and easy to chat to style.

Renee or Chelo as she affectionately know around the office is our enthusiastic Graduate Accountant who brings a fresh perspective and is busy gaining hands-on experience across tax, compliance, bookkeeping and client support as she finds her ideal niche in the accounting world. With her curiosity, adaptability and positive attitude, she's quickly becoming a valued part of the MP team.

After another busy tax season we're taking a break for Christmas 🎅🎄

The office will be closed from Friday 19th December until Monday 5th January 2026.

Meet Louise & Michelle!

Louise has more than 10 years experience in accounting. She brings a calm, grounded approach and a real commitment to help our small business clients. She has a strong background in tax, business advisory and management accounting with a special interest in rural and farming clients.

The pepper to her salt is Michelle, our super experienced Bookkeeper with 18+ years under her belt and the go-to person for anything payroll. She's reliable, easy to chat to and loves helping business keep everything running smoothly.

There's not much these 2 can't handle but from time to time they will be supported by other team member - Jansi, Sangeetha and Surya 🌏🌟

Meet Bec & Denae.

Bec is a senior accountant, Orange born and raised, and the friendly face clients love working with. With more than eight years in the industry, she's your go-to for navigating tax and capital gains with confidence. 😄

Her right hand woman is Deane - she's an experienced bookkeeper and registered BAS agent with 28 years of hands on knowledge in finance, HR & both MYOB and Xero. She's all about helping businesses stay organised and confident with their numbers. 📈

There's not much these 2 can't handle but from time to time they will be supported by our offshore team - Jansi, Sangeetha and Surya 🌏🌟
