The risk breakdown:
🟢 Paying super each payday and fixing errors promptly → low risk, not a compliance focus
🟡 Still paying quarterly after 1 July 2026 → medium risk
🔴 Unpaid super beyond quarterly due dates → high risk

Compliance resources will target high-risk employers first.

The key message: this isn't a grace period to keep doing things the old way. It's support for employers genuinely trying to adopt Payday Super, not a free pass for those who don't.
