Meet the lovely Alex!

Alex has been part of the ECA team for 1.5 years, and honestly, we’re not sure how we got this far without her!

Alex has a knack for taking on the complicated, messy and sometimes downright traumatic jobs that business owners would rather pretend don’t exist. 😂

The bigger the clean-up job, the happier she seems to be. With her incredible attention to detail, determination and love of getting things organised, Alex helps our clients tackle the things that have been keeping them awake at night and finally get everything back on track.

The clients she works with absolutely cannot speak highly enough of her, and it’s easy to see why. 🤝

Outside of ECA, Alex is a HYROX competitor, Mexican food and margarita lover, and stepmum to two girls who definitely keep her on her toes. She’s also, by far, the fittest person in the ECA office!

We’re pretty lucky to have her on the team! 💚

Are you lodging your payroll data correctly?

With Payday Super, accurate data is more important than ever. Keeping employee information up to date helps reduce errors, prevent delays and ensures super contributions can be matched to the right employee and processed on time.

To support accurate super payments, make sure you:
✔️ Keep employee details updated, including names, dates of birth, TFNs and super account details
✔️ Check employee information is correct before processing payroll
✔️ Resolve any data issues with your payroll or super provider promptly
✔️ Regularly review your payroll processes to minimise errors

Common mistakes such as invalid TFNs, incorrect dates of birth or inaccurate employee records can delay the allocation of super contributions.

Meet Hayleigh, the creative brains behind ECA 👋

Hayleigh has been part of the ECA team for 2.5 years, bringing her creativity to everything from marketing and content to new ideas, projects and creative business development. There’s a very good chance that if you’ve loved something we’ve shared online, Hayleigh had a hand in it. 📸

She’s also an incredibly talented photographer with a natural eye for capturing beautiful moments, which comes as no surprise given how creative she is!

Outside of ECA, Hayleigh is passionate about mental health and wellbeing and is one of the founders of It’s Ok Not to Be Okay, a community-focused initiative raising awareness around mental health and su***de prevention.

And then there’s the important stuff... she’s Highland cow obsessed, a Diet Coke addict, true crime fanatic and country music lover. She loves being outdoors, keeping active, spending time with her family and, of course, Fashions on the Field.

We’re pretty lucky to have this creative, caring and slightly cow-obsessed gem on the ECA team! 💚
