About the Role
As our new Bookkeeper, you’ll play a key role in managing client financial records and supporting smooth day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Accounts payable & receivable
✅ Bank & credit card reconciliations
✅ Data entry and preparation of periodic reports
✅ Payroll processing
✅ Business Activity Statements (BAS)
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Proven bookkeeping experience (ideally 2+ years)
🔹 Experience with Xero, MYOB, or similar software
🔹 Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
🔹 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
🔹 Great communication skills and a team focused attitude

Are you struggling to keep up with your ATO liabilities? Here are some tactics that may help you.

1. Tax only savings transfer-Move a percentage of each payment into a dedicated tax account using a simplified “Profit First” approach.
2. Pay the ATO regularly- Make weekly or monthly payments to avoid spending tax funds.
3. Do your BAS early- Keep bookkeeping up to date to complete BAS ahead of time, allowing for invoice follow ups, cash flow planning, and reduce stress. Please contact Blitzin Books if you would like help with your ATO obligations.
