Before booking your appointment, please read the important information below.

📌 TAX TIME REMINDER 📌
We are unable to finalise your tax return until your Income Statement (previously known as Group Certificate) has been marked as "Tax Ready" by your employer.

If we identify that your Income Statement has not been finalised by the afternoon prior to your appointment, we will contact you to reschedule. We recommend that you contact your employer or log in to MyGov to confirm when your Income Statement will be finalised and then contact us to arrange a new appointment time.
