Naked Accounting announces that co-founder Michael Jeffriess will be moving on from public practice to focus on leading his technology ventures — LightYear Group, Tax Guru AI, and The Launchpad Collective.

Michael has been instrumental in shaping Naked Accounting and co-founding We Love Group. His vision, energy, and contribution have played a significant role in building the practice into what it is today. We thank him for his commitment and wish him every success as he continues his journey in the technology space.

We confirm that Rod Peters remains an integral part of the group, with Karan Bhalla joining alongside him to further strengthen our leadership team and continue supporting our clients and team.

Looking ahead, Naked Accounting and Vision Accounting & Advisory will be joining forces, bringing together complementary expertise and capabilities. With expanded resources, broader knowledge, and increased capacity, we are well positioned to continue delivering the high level of personalised service our clients value.
