Over decades of helping clients with their businesses and running my own business, I understand how terribly difficult being a small business owner can be.

I’ve seen way too many businesses fail altogether, end up riddled with debt either in the business or personally, or barely make enough money to cover the owner’s wages, yet alone any return on the monetary and time investment into the business.

I’ve seen many small business owners, who are really good at what they do, desperate for help because they can’t pay the wages this month or not know where to turn because they owe the Tax Office so much money and haven’t paid super in forever.

I’ve seen marriages split and people fall victim of depression due to the financial strain of running a small business.

I’ve also had countless new small business clients come to us for help where their previous accountant has left them in a bad position through poor structuring, or no understanding of their structure, poor application of the tax laws or little or no “creative” thinking in terms of tax minimisation strategies.

It doesn’t have to be that way though.
