A court just handed the Bathla administrators another 12 months ποΈ
Hereβs the part most headlines skipped: the NSW Supreme Court extended the deadline to 13 September 2027, but thatβs time, not money. The administrators have about $4.7m in funding so far and are still talking to lenders.
The scale:
β’ ~$3.4b in creditor claims (about $3.08b to secured lenders, $145m to the ATO)
β’ ~219 projects worth about $4.87b, carrying around $3.13b in debt
β’ About a quarter of lots under construction are already pre-sold
