Hi Peeps,

I have always been known as the person who could do XYZ & have it done by the due date, no matter what. Unfortunately, my health, along with recent events, my reputation where that is concerned, has flown right out the window.

The truth is, I am NOT doing so well. Grassroots was created to assist you lovely people, that is true. It was also created as a sort of a family project of sorts. The intent was that each family member would contribute their own niche of skills, growing a legacy that would be passed through the generations. Unfortunately, what started as such has changed & now it's just me, doing the best I can under extremely difficult circumstances.

I am still dealing with Police, Statements & life adapting to being a single mother. Therefore I am unable to provide you with the level of guidance & support you have received in the past. For this I truly apologise, it was never meant to be like this.

I have also exhausted your patience & understanding reserves. I am aware that my inability to surge forward has implications for you also, it was never my intention to be in this position.

So please, take some time to assess what you & your enterprise(s) need at this time. Then consider if I am the right advisor for your goals/ needs. Should you decide to move on, please know I will do all I can to facilitate your transition. You will always be part of the Grassroots Family & should you ever want to come back, the door will always be open.

I am so incredibly overloaded right now, I just cannot keep up with the current demand. But as you all are very special to me, I want to give you the choice.
This is a temporary measure that will help alleviate the pressure on me so that I can heal & improve.

Should you elect to remain, thank you. Hopefully it won't take too long to return our services to their original standards.

Hi everyone!
A few things to discuss:

Duncan & I are separating. He had stepped back a while ago however, I would like to reinforce that from now on, he is no longer associated with Grassroots in any way, shape or capacity. At present, I am working on obtaining the gbstax19 email which he has been using. Please refrain from sending any documentation to this email until further notice.

The Xero reminders that are automatically sent currently have his name listed as the sender, I am working on changing this. Should you receive anything that you are unsure about, feel free to give me a call.

Part of this is that our home is a DV registered home. As you can imagine, the emotions are high while navigating recent changes. As such, please be aware that my children's needs take priority & I am doing my best. Dealing with everything that comes along with that, in addition to Grassroots & being a single mother is extremely challenging.

The office land-line (07) 5314 4956 will no longer be in operation. Please call me directly on 0433 833 100 from this point on.

You have been saints for the duration of my illness & I know that it might be cheeky to request additional patience, but it is what it is.

Hello beautiful people! I apologise to those of you who have been trying to reach me, my tablet died. Taking all my access permissions & contacts along with it.

Even now, I'm writing this post from my backup account, as I cannot access my personal account because the 2FA comes from a device logged into FB!

I am alive, improving on the health front. With a LOT of work to do to get back up to speed & back on top of everything. If you have emailed & haven't had a response yet, please don't fret. With a new lease on life comes new beginnings! I am reevaluating a few things & bringing some much needed changes. Watch this space.
