Legal Trust Examination deadline is approaching ⚖️

If your legal practice operates a trust account, now is the time to prepare for your annual legal trust account examination requirements under the Legal Practitioners Act 1981 and Legal Practitioners Regulations 2014.

Key reminder:

📅 Regulation 48 Statements to be submitted to your external examiner by 31 August 2026.
📅 Legal trust account examinations to be completed and lodged by your external examiner by 31 October 2026.
