This month we’re celebrating a very special milestone as Nick McPhillips, Senior Partner at our Cranbourne office, marks 20 years with Highview!

Nick’s Highview story started back in Year 10, when he joined us for work experience. Highview was his first ever employer, and what started as a week of work experience turned into a 20 year career. We couldn’t feel luckier that he never left!

Since then, Nick has gone from strength to strength. His passion, hard work and unwavering focus on his clients have seen him progress to Associate Partner in 2016 and Partner in 2022, while also completing his CPA and becoming an integral part of the Highview leadership team. Today, Nick is a Senior Partner and continues to play an important role in the business.

For Senior Partner Darren, Nick’s impact extends well beyond his professional achievements. Having worked side by side for two decades, their partnership has become an important part of both their working lives:

“For 20 years, Nick has been my right-hand man. The bloke who shows up, works hard and makes a tough day easier. My working life wouldn’t be the same without his dedication. He’s the Vegemite to my cheese... the perfect match that just works.”

Twenty years is an incredible milestone and a testament to the dedication, growth and commitment Nick has brought to Highview throughout his career. His journey has been remarkable, and his contribution continues to be an important part of Highview’s story.

Our Bass Coast team continues to grow, with appointment-based locations now available in Korumburra and Warragul. It’s another step in building our local presence and supporting clients across the wider South Gippsland and West Gippsland regions.
