🎉 WA Small Business Day is back!
On Saturday 31 October 2026, we’re celebrating the small businesses that help make Western Australia such a great place to live, work and do business.
Small businesses make up nearly 260,000 businesses, or 97% of all businesses in WA, contribute more than $87 billion to our economy each year, and employ 35% of the state’s private sector workforce.
But their contribution goes beyond the numbers. Small businesses are at the heart of our local communities, economies and places.
WA Small Business Day is an opportunity for small businesses to celebrate their contribution, and for all of us to show our support by shopping small and buying local.
