A big shout out to James from Spartan Stone & Tiling for the fantastic tiling work throughout our bathrooms - we absolutely love how they turned out!

Thank you also to Chris, Melissa and the team at Tint a Car Capalaba for taking care of all of our window tinting, and to Dallas and the team at Bennetts Carpets Cleveland for the flooring throughout the office.

We really appreciate the care and hard work that went into helping us create our new space. 💜

It took a lot of talented people to bring our new office to life, so over the next few Fridays we’ll be giving a shout out to some of the amazing trades who helped turn our vision into reality!

To kick things off, a huge thank you to the Chris and the Combined Trades Group and their team of builders, electricians and plumbers, who completed the majority of the renovation and somehow managed to keep smiling through all the questions, decisions and occasional “I’ve had another idea…” moments! 😬

A big thank you also to James and the team from Barton's Painting and Decorating for doing such an amazing job on both the outside and inside of the entire office. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Thank you!

And a very special mention to Justin our superstar cabinetmaker from Merle Building who took the vision I had in my head ( and probably a few changes along the way 😊) and brought it to life beautifully. From our reception desk area / waiting room, to the kitchens and custom cabinetry throughout, the workmanship and attention to detail is amazing. 💜 Thank you 🙏

We absolutely love how everything has come together and are so grateful to everyone who played a part.

Today marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Bayside Financial Planning. 💜

To say that Justin and I are proud of what has been achieved would be an understatement.

After many months of planning, renovating, problem-solving and more than a few challenges along the way, we are absolutely thrilled to finally open the doors to our beautiful new office and, for the first time in over two years, have our entire team back together under one roof.

For those who don't know our story...

Bayside Financial Planning began in our garage at home back in 2012. Justin was a one-man band while I worked behind the scenes, balancing administration, my nursing career and raising our young family.

We then moved into a small shopfront in Ormiston, where Rob joined the business in 2018. Today, Rob is a director and part owner alongside Justin and myself, and our wonderful CSO, Jess, also began her journey with us during those early years.

Just before COVID in 2020, we relocated to Grant Street. At the time there were just four of us, and we never imagined we would one day outgrow that office.

Fast forward to today, and we're incredibly proud to have a team of 17 amazing people who genuinely care about making a difference in the lives of our clients.

This new office is so much more than a building. It represents years of hard work, perseverance and growth. More importantly, it reflects the trust our clients have placed in us and the dedication of an incredible team who have helped shape Bayside Financial Planning into what it is today.

To our team - thank you for your patience, encouragement and support throughout the renovation and move. We couldn't have done it without you.

To our clients - thank you. Whether you've been with Justin since the early days of his financial planning career 21 years ago, even before Bayside Financial Planning began; have joined us through one of our other wonderful advisers, or have only recently become part of the Bayside Financial Planning family, thank you for the trust you place in us. It is a privilege to be part of your financial journey, and we look forward to welcoming you into our new home.

Tomorrow is the day!

After months of renovating and a lot of hard work behind the scenes, we’re almost ready to welcome everyone to our new home.

We’ve spent the past few days moving in, unpacking and adding the final touches.

Seeing our new reception sign installed earlier in the week, made everything feel very real!

A huge thank you to Adrian and the team at Express Print and Sign for bringing our vision to life. We absolutely love how it has turned out!

We officially open our doors tomorrow at 141A Queen Street, Cleveland, and we can’t wait to welcome our wonderful clients into our beautiful new space.
