Pinnacle Tax and Accounting are looking for an Office Admin/Accounts person to join our team. Are you bright, bubbly and with attention to detail?

With endless opportunity to grow and learn whilst contributing to a busy diverse office where work life balance is important and supported.

Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm (yes 4 day week)

You will initially be responsible for general administration and reception duties including answering incoming calls and emails, scanning and maintaining client records, processing incoming documents as well as other ad-hoc tasks around social media and client communication.

We are all about professional and personal development and we are happy to work with and support your ongoing education and training.

With the end of the financial year fast approaching, now is a timely reminder for your upcoming 2026 FY payroll data finalisation.

For most employer’s, the due date for lodging your STP Finalisation is 14 July. For Xero and MYOB payroll, we have provided links below to assist you with this process.
