One sleep to go!

Tomorrow night, our REIQ Gold Coast team will swap the comfort of their beds for the back seats of their cars as part of the Live Like Her Challenge, raising awareness and funds for women over 55 experiencing homelessness.

In the real estate profession, we see firsthand the profound impact that housing security has on people's lives. That's why we're so proud of our REIQ Gold Coast team of real estate professionals, supporters and friends, who are leading the pack in donations!

The team have already raised an incredible $8,855 towards their $10,000 goal in support of The Forgotten Women.

The latest REIQ median sales data is in for the June 2026 quarter!

It shows a modest easing in residential property prices over the quarter, as buyers, sellers and investors adjust to higher borrowing costs and recent taxation changes. While quarterly growth has softened, annual gains remain firmly in double digits and Queensland’s long-term property fundamentals continue to hold strong.

It's that time again Brisbane, to celebrate and get excited as EKKA turns 150 this year!

With the EKKA public holiday held tomorrow 12th August, the REIQ office and advisory support team will be closed and reopen again on Thursday 13th from 8:30am.

The REIQ office will be temporarily closed this afternoon, 31 July, from 12.00pm until 5pm.
