The team at Kidmans Partners recently came together for another Potluck Lunch in support of the incredible work of SisterWorks.

Thanks to the generosity of our team and the support of the Count Charitable Foundation, we raised $4,500.00 to help SisterWorks continue empowering women from migrant, refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds through skills development and employment opportunities.

We were also delighted to welcome Tania Lewis on the day to share more about the amazing impact SisterWorks is making.

On Sunday, some of our team proudly took part in Run For The Kids, and what a great experience it was!🏃‍♀️🚶‍♂️

It was fantastic to see the team connecting outside of work, coming together to walk / run, cheering each other on and enjoy the moment all while supporting such an important cause. As our first time participating as a team, it made the day even more special. Every step we took helps raise funds for the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.

As another big year comes to a close, we’d like to say a huge thank you to our wonderful clients and incredible team. It’s been a pleasure working together, and we’re so excited for what 2026 has in store.

Our office will be closed from 24 December and reopening on 12 January, as our team takes a well-earned break to rest, recharge and get ready for another exciting year.

Last Monday, our team came together for a very special charity lunch to support our offshore colleagues and their communities in Cebu, Philippines, who have been impacted by the recent earthquake and typhoon.

What started as a wonderful idea from Van Le turned into a meaningful event filled with generosity, connection, and purpose, complete with a delicious Vietnamese-inspired lunch prepared by Van and the team.

We were also incredibly grateful to hear directly from Brylle and Mon via video call, who shared their experiences, the challenges their communities are facing, and the reality of the situation on the ground. A big thank you as well to Scott and Hayley from Collective Resourcing for joining us and helping ensure our donations reach the right people.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our team, we were proud to raise $1,555.00 to support those affected.

🎉 Celebrating STEPtember at Kidmans! 🎉

September was a whirlwind at Kidmans! Between completing tax returns, signing off audit reports, preparing investment advice, and refinancing home loans, our team still found time to hit the pavement in support of Steptember - raising funds and awareness for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance.

A big thank you to the Count team for organising the STEPtember challenge across all firms. We’re thrilled to share our Kidmans total: 14,573,422 steps and $1,450 raised! 🏆 That effort earned us number 1 in the Count network for steps and number 2 overall for funds raised which is an incredible achievement from everyone involved!

Today we celebrated everyone’s efforts with a Scrolls for our Strolls morning tea. A big shoutout to Sebby’s Scrolls - their scrolls were the perfect treat to wrap up a big month.

Last week members of our leadership team attended the impressive Count.ed conference, where accountants, financial planners, practice managers and industry partners from across the Count network came together to learn from industry leaders, share ideas, build relationships, all with the goal of improving their respective firms for the benefit of clients.

We also had the pleasure of celebrating Yarra Road Primary School’s 100th anniversary, a wonderful opportunity to support a great local school, connect with the community, and showcase our services.

Congratulations to Nathan Stiglich who has been nominated as a finalist for “Accountant of the Year” at the upcoming 2025 Count National Conference Awards.

This is fantastic recognition for Nathan, who took his contribution to the firm and our clients to another level in the 2025 Financial Year.

Nathan’s leadership is a great example for all, never shying away from a challenge, and always willing to lend a hand. He strives for the best for our firm, our team, and our clients.

We had the pleasure of Tania Hofmann Lewis and two of her team members join us on the day. SisterWorks empowers women from migrant, refugee, and asylum seeker backgrounds through skills development programs and work placement opportunities in Australia.

A potluck lunch is all about community, everyone brings a dish to share, creating a vibrant and diverse feast (and we definitely didn’t go hungry!). 🍲🥗🍛
