We’re growing our Nextgen team! 🎉

We’re looking for a friendly and capable Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join us in Tea Tree Gully for 3 to 4 days per week.

You’ll be the welcoming face at the front of our office, helping our clients and working closely with our accounting and administration teams to keep everything moving.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, is organised, takes initiative and is genuinely confident using Microsoft 365 and everyday office technology.

There’s plenty of variety in the role, with opportunities to learn more about Xero, bookkeeping, office systems and digital content as your skills grow.

📍 Tea Tree Gully
📅 3 to 4 days per week
💰 $27 to $40 per hour plus super
🕕 Flexible hours, with availability until 6pm highly regarded
📈 Potential for the role to grow over time
