Computershare (ASX:CPU)
Rating: HOLD ๐
CPUโs 1H25 Management EPS (US65.3cps) was +19% on the p*p and 6% above Factset consensus (A62cps). FY25 EPS growth guidance has been lifted to +15% on the p*p (previously +7.5% growth) with the key drivers here being; higher than expected EBIT ex Margin income, the impacts of CPUโs buyback and a lower tax expense. All core businesses delivered revenue growth, earnings improvement and margin expansion. CPUโs 1H25 leverage ratio of 0.39x is well below its target level of 1.75x-2.25x. Overall this looks a strong result on first glance.
