Don't Miss 30 October: Fines Start at AED 5,000 a Month

If your business has annual revenue of AED 50 million or more, UAE e-invoicing applies to you, and the first deadline is less than a month away.

30 October 2026: appoint your Accredited Service Provider (ASP) through EmaraTax
1 January 2027: e-invoicing goes live

Missing the ASP deadline costs AED 5,000 every month. The good news is that it is very doable if you start now:

1️⃣ Choose and appoint your ASP. Ask about price, support and how it connects to your software.
2️⃣ Check your ERP link. Can your system (Odoo, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle or Dynamics) connect to your ASP? This takes the longest, so start early.
3️⃣ Clean your data. Wrong customer TRNs and company details mean rejected invoices.
4️⃣ Test and prepare. Send test invoices before 1 January 2027.
