MARKET WILL TAKE TIME 🕰️

We are are back to some sort of normality and working hard to get things moving 💪 However, we cannot hide the fact that this will have a big impact on the consumer both sales and rentals.

The reality is this will take 3-6 months minimum, assuming all ends now!

International investment on Offplan will take the biggest hit that’s for sure 🌎

The area I specialise in Arabian Ranches 3, has been stagnent for the last 3 months or more since the bigger communities of Caya, Elie Saab and June handed over.

Owners with over priced properties has been the biggest factor to this in my opinion, is it greed?

No, not for me, being misadvised in my opinion. Agents promising high prices just to get listings 🤦🏻‍♂️Add this to the huge supply of similar sized property’s vs demand in the area.

The current events will now shape the market in AR3 and we will see some more transactions at the prices they should be, with many owners already reducing by upto 10% in the last few days in both sales and rentals 🙏🏻
