🔍 Role Description:
As an Insurance Broker, you'll help clients select the right insurance policies, provide expert advice, and recommend suitable coverage options. You'll manage client relationships, process insurance applications, and ensure accurate policy documentation.
📚 Training and Development:
Successful candidates will be enrolled in our prestigious Insurance Academy, where you'll receive:
- A basic salary for six months
- Comprehensive training
- Classes to complete your Regulatory Examination, Class of Business Certifications, and relevant NQF Qualification
🎓 Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience as an Insurance Broker or in a Sales position
- Knowledge of insurance products, terminology, and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and sales skills
- Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems
- Matric Certificate
🔒 Important Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Own Vehicle
- Clean Criminal Record
- Clean Financial Record (no debt review)
