Independi Financial Services is seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site, entry-level position, ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

Answering and managing phone calls

Assisting with short-term insurance administrative duties

Obtaining information from relevant parties and forwarding it to the appropriate individuals

General office administration

Providing professional and friendly client support

Requirements

No previous experience required

Strong people skills with a friendly, approachable character

Willingness to learn and grow

Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Afrikaans preferred, as most clients are Afrikaans-speaking

Basic computer skills

Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, basic Excel)

Ability to write and send professional emails using the correct format

Salary

Starting salary to be discussed during the interview

A trial period will apply
