Two roles can both say “Business Analyst” and still need completely different experience.

One may require process mapping, stakeholder workshops and documentation.
Another may need system analysis, API understanding, Agile delivery and technical teams.

The same applies to Project Managers, Data Analysts, Cyber Security Specialists, Solutions Architects and Service Delivery roles.
