Viktoria and I went bowling with Selene (age 5) the other night. Not bad, though we're not quite ready to go pro just yet. But even more fun was the arcade. They're a lot more advanced than they used to be, and we all had fun shooting Godzilla and other monsters with VR helmets on. Fun!!!

We spent a couple of days at an AirBnB place with our friends, Slava and Irina and their three kids, to help celebrate Irina's birthday. Nice place and almost no mosquitos! Just BBQing, Russian food, swimming and enjoying the firepit.

During the trip we made a side visit to Rainbow Springs, where you can swim in cold but clear water (very refreshing!). A nice place to spend some good family time.

Most of us don't plan to fail -- we just fail to plan. We may love to think about our next big vacation, but don't love to think practically about the future and what we need to do to ensure that it will be a good one for ourselves and our family.
