Germany has increased its 2026 pension and unemployment insurance earnings cap to €8,450/month and raised the private health insurance eligibility threshold to €77,400/year.

Singapore will raise its statutory retirement age to 64 and re-employment age to 69 starting July 1, 2026.

Delaware will require employers with 26+ employees to include a good faith salary or wage range and a general description of benefits and other compensation in both internal and external job postings.
