Brian Dorsey is a Paraplanner for New Perspective Financial Solutions following previous experience as an insurance agent. In May 2025, Brian decided to further his education and ability to help clients with their financial planning needs, and passed the Series 65 exam, allowing him to become an Investment Advisor Representative. During his time in the financial industry, Brian received a number of accolades and awards.
Brian earned his Business Management degree from Longwood State University, is a licensed financial advisor and insurance agent, and has two decades of experience in the financial industry. He focuses on helping business owners with business retirement plans.
Brian is married to his wife Rene of more than 30 years and has three sons. He is active in the community as a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, his church, and as a volunteer with the United Services Organization (USO). He enjoys spending time with his family, golf, professional singing, music, and motorcycles.
