Kentucky Secretary of State annual filings will be due soon.

Don't pay the $115+ that many companies charge for this simple filing. I can take care of it for just $10, plus the $15 Kentucky annual filing fee charged by the state.

If you opened an LLC through LegalZoom or another self-service platform, your business may not be fully set up.

I’ve worked with several clients this year who believed they were completely registered, only to find they were missing their Kentucky Corporate ID number. Getting a Federal EIN and filing with the Kentucky Secretary of State is not the only part of the process — there are additional steps required to ensure your LLC is fully compliant and properly established in Kentucky.

If you have received this, it is NOT AN OFFICIAL DOCUMENT!!!

I have had several clients message me asking what it is. The annual report is due in June and is $15. This company is trying to trick people into paying them $115 for a $15 report thats not even due until June.

This is absolutely not a required official document.
