With the breaches on Facebook here is what you can do.
Go to settings – ads - ad settings . Scroll down to "ads based on your use" choose no. Go to Ads on apps and websites" Choose no" .
Now go to “your information” Click “Advertisers you have interacted with”. You will see all the advertisers with your information. Hover over them and in the right hand corner there is an “X” click that to remove. I had 241 of which I had no idea who they were. I am not sure if you can see all this on a phone. I didn't see on my phone so I went to my computer instead
