It's hard to believe 2024 is coming to a close! With that in mind, we have two quick things to note:

1. We are in need of a SEASONAL TAX PREPARER/S: hours are flexible with a minimum of 20 hours per week preferred. Please reach out to Kayla for more information ([email protected]).

It's time, folks! Gather those tax documents and come visit us!

Friendly reminder that you do NOT need an appointment to drop off your documents, but if you'd rather sit with an accountant please don't hesitate to reach out. Barb Waalen of our Amery office is welcoming new clients, and we are excited to announce that Kyle Staff of our St. Croix Falls office is back from active duty. Year end is rolling up quickly, which means January (and tax season!) will be here before we know it! To assist our amazing team, we have available the following positions:

*SEASONAL TAX PREPARER/S: Hours can flexible with a minimum of 20 hours per week preferred. These will be in-office hours in either our St. Croix Falls or Amery locations.

*FULL-TIME SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT: Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Accounting with a preferred CPA or Enrolled Agent designation. UltraTax software experience is a plus with a proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products. We offer a retirement plan, PTO, employer paid continuing education, remote work opportunities, performance bonuses and flexible schedules.
