This is community. Professionals and business owners embracing one another, building relationships, sharing opportunities, and cheering each other forward. Let’s make it happen!

At the 2026 The Power of She Summit, Yakima Burch, LPC, reminded us that purpose becomes more powerful when we identify and remove the barriers standing in our way.

Remove the barriers. Reclaim your power. Keep moving forward.

There’s More to the Picture Than Meets the Eye.

It looks like two women in this picture—but there are actually three. And somehow, that feels like the perfect picture of what genuine relationships can become.

At the 2026 The Power of She Summit, these women captured more than a moment. They captured the beauty of relationships built through time, effort, trust, respect, admiration and reciprocity.

That’s the deeper purpose of networking. It’s not simply about meeting people. It’s about developing relationships strong enough that someone becomes your advocate in rooms you’re not in, speaks your name when opportunities arise, and believes in your work even when you’re not there to explain it.

For women leaders and business owners, that kind of relationship is invaluable.

Build relationships. Earn trust. Give generously. Show up consistently. Become the person others are proud to advocate for.

Sometimes, the most powerful connection in the room is the one you don’t immediately see. 💜
