This Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives defending freedom, sacrifice, and the ideals this nation was built on.

In times like these, when our country feels divided and democracy can feel fragile, their sacrifice reminds us that freedom is never guaranteed. It is protected by courage, unity, truth, and the willingness of ordinary people to stand for something greater than themselves.

May we never take for granted the liberties we have today. The greatest way to honor those who died for this country is not only to remember them, but to continue fighting to preserve justice, democracy, and the freedoms generations before us sacrificed everything to defend.

Today we remember. Today we honor. And today we reflect on the responsibility we all share to protect the future of this nation.
