Now that we're 10 days past the first individual income tax deadline it's time to look ahead and finish all of the extensions that we filed.

13 years ago today I was honorably discharged from the Navy. A lot has been done in the past 13 years. I got married, fathered 3 kids, earned 3 degrees, bought a house, and have changed jobs 3 times. It’s good to remember and reflect. Spending the evening with Rick was a blessing and the cherry on top. I served with Rick on the USS Ronald Reagan and stood the watch with him many a days.

For those of you who use Canopy for your payment services there’s a feature within the payments section to setup automated emails to be sent out to your clients a various intervals if you choose to have it setup that way. This works great if you pre-bill to get paid upfront instead of after you perform the service.

Then, once client pays invoice, you’ll receive a notification under billing and can immediately take action on their task/case.
