How often should you actually be updating your books? 📒
Weekly is ideal if your business has a lot of moving transactions. Monthly is a solid baseline for most small businesses. Yearly? That usually just means a stressful scramble come tax season.
The more consistent you are, the clearer your numbers stay all year long. 💪

PCOS (Polycystic O***y Syndrome) was recently renamed PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome). The name change reflects a better understanding of the condition — it's not just about the ovaries, but about how it affects hormones and metabolism throughout the body.
You'll likely see both names used for a while as the transition happens, but they refer to the same condition. Awareness starts with understanding — pass this along to someone who needs to see it.
