Saving for your kids future can do several things.
āØtake the burden off of you to pay for large expenses all at once. Saving gives you the space to ramp up the amount so you are ready to go!
āØGives you the opportunity to teach kids the hard work and discipline it takes to be financially prepared for things.
āØGives you the opportunity to teach your kids how money can grow as you consistently contribute. Just like watering a plant. The more consistently you tend to it, the more it will flourish!

STORY TIME!
Fitness Coaching was my first love when it came to my business. I have had a deep passion for health and wellness ever since I was a young girl.
As a mom with young kids, it brings me so much joy working with women to help them feel strong and confident in their skin!
There is a lot of stuff out there that can make you feel like your body has to look a certain way and if it doesnāt, it can be interpreted that āIām not healthyā. This is NOT true!
Your lifestyle choices are what define your health and wellness, not what you feel you look like in the mirror!
Itās important that part of your definition of success is that you made the time and did the thing! You did the workout, you made the healthy meal, you cut off work early to go to bed at a decent hour. Be proud of your lifestyle choices and cheers to you for getting it done!

WHERE DO I BEGIN ON MY HEALTH JOURNEY?!
If you feel overwhelmed on where to begin in your health journey, I get it!
There are SO many elements of our health to address that it can create this pressure to do it all ALL. All at once, overnight.
What happens then? We get frustrated because there are so many changes to keep up with and habits / behaviors to adjust too.
Iāve categorized my top 5 areas that I like to address with clients. Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, Mental / Emotional, and Toxin Exposure.
We donāt do these all at once, but we pick an area to focus on and pick ONE habit at a time.
Give yourself the grace to take it slow, pick one thing to focus on, and begin!
